To cancel your Transfer Services contract with Eirene, please reach out to a licensed funeral director as soon as possible. We require written notice that you want to cancel the contract and within 30 days of notice, we will refund your payment.

Please note that the amount of your refund will depend on when you cancel the contract and whether we have incurred any costs.
