The funds would be returned to the beneficiary you name, tax free.

If you have funded your arrangements through our insurance product, a beneficiary for excess proceeds can named on your policy, and the unused amount would be paid directly to them.

Note: Prepaid arrangement services are only available in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan at this time.
