If you are relocating to an area where we are not currently operating, the benefit can be assigned to another funeral service provider. This process is simple. Contact the funeral service provider you would like to use and let them know you have a pre-paid funeral pre-arrangement. You will both sign a one page document, which will be sent to TruStage to for processing. The new provider will discuss with you the transfer of vital statistic and file information, as each firm handles this in their own way.

Note: Prepaid arrangement services are only available in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan at this time.
