When a provider goes out of business, they are obliged to send a registered letter to anyone they hold pre-need arrangements, notifying them that they are going out of business. This letter will also provide options for clients to find and transfer to another provider or cancel.

Note: Prepaid arrangement services are only available in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan at this time.
